For 5V Indoor types, we only have three models-200W, 300W and 350W, they are mainly used for LED display, punch light/lamp, LED module, light box etc.

Notices:

1. Input voltage should be within the specified voltage range (for examples: input voltage 220VAC).

2. Prohibited to be used in the high temperature environment, power port is the thermal vents, wind 50CM range, please do not place other objects, make sure that the power should have good thermal dissipation space environment.

3. Prohibited to install power supply in the presence of flammable materials (such as wood products, flammable plastic, etc), to stay away from petrol stations or where prohibited Fireworks.

4. Accurate calculation of load power, peak use, suggested user to use power supply based on power 80% load, do not overload.

5. Power supply have built-in short circuit protection function, when output short circuit, the power will automatically enter the status. Power off after 1 minute and then power on.

6. For safety, properly grounded, the output power cable must be ≥2.5mm²

7. Strictly in accordance with the position indicated by the output terminals of the power supply. It must be firm, check the output line and prohibited to be reversed (input "220VAC" main line, output "+" loaded for positive cathode, output "-" load for negative cathode).

8. Before power, check that the line voltage is compatible with the operating voltage with multimeter (voltage: 220VAC) recognized before it can be closed.

1. How many models you produce for indoor 5V series?

A: There are three models----5V 200W 40A, 5V 300W 60A and 5V 350W 70A etc.

2. Do you have CE, ETL approval?

A: we don’t have such approvals for 5V series, but we can supply CE and ETL approvals if you require.

3. Can I place a sample order?

A: Yes, sample order is available

4. What about lead time?

A: 3-5 days for sample, 8-15 working days for mass production orders

5. Which tests do you carry out in your factory?

A: We do over load test, 1600V high voltage test and 100% old age test.

6. What is MOQ for led driver?

A: MOQ usually is 200-500pcs except sample order.

7. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We ship by sea, by railway, by air and by express. It all depends on requirements from customers

8. How about payment terms?

A: We usually use T/T as popular payment terms, but we can discuss with each other.

9. OEM and ODM is acceptable?

A: Yes, OEM or ODM is acceptable.

A:

Firstly, our products are produced under strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.3%.

Secondly, during the warranty period, we will send new goods together with new order for small quantity.
